We are seeking a focused, efficient, and highly organized person to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining critical company information.
Please note: While our company operates in an industry related to collectible coins, no prior coin knowledge is required for this position. We will provide all the necessary contextual training.
Key Responsibilities
- Input alphanumeric data from source documents into our systems and on submissions quickly and accurately.
- Verify data integrity by comparing system inputs against physical or digital source files.
- Organize, sort, and prepare batches of data for efficient processing.
- Review entries for errors, resolve discrepancies, and update existing records.
- Maintain clear digital filing systems to ensure information is easily retrievable.
- Use office hardware to scan, digitize, and log physical paperwork into the company system.
Required Skills
- Strong Attention to Detail: Ability to spot minor errors, typos, or discrepancies to maintain a high accuracy rate.
- Organization: Excellent track record of managing large volumes of files (submissions) and digital records systematically.
- Time Management: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, maintain a steady workflow, and hit daily production goals.
- Written Communication: Ability to write clear emails and internal notes to clarify ambiguous data with team members.
- Microsoft Excel: Proficiency in sorting, filtering, entering data, and navigating spreadsheets.
- Microsoft Outlook: Ability to efficiently manage email communication, organize folders, and coordinate calendar schedules.
- General Office Equipment: Hands-on comfort operating standard office hardware like high-volume scanners, copiers, and printers.
