What are hourly CDL drivers?

Hourly CDL drivers are commercial drivers who are paid by the hour to operate large vehicles such as trucks or buses that require a Commercial Driver's License (CDL). Their responsibilities often include transporting goods or passengers, conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and adhering to safety and traffic regulations. Hourly pay means they are compensated for the time they spend driving and sometimes for additional tasks like loading and unloading.
