Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at GreenLight ABA in Tucson, Arizona. As a BCBA with GreenLight ABA, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of professionals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our team is committed to providing personalized ABA therapy to children with autism, and we are looking for a talented professional like you to help us achieve this mission.
Responsibilities:
  • Conducts ABA program management for children with autism spectrum disorders
  • Conducts initial assessments
  • Supervises RBTs and conducts training and coaching
  • Collaborates with client's treatment team and families to improve communicative, social, and behavioral outcomes for all clients
  • Facilitates parent training and support families to access community resources
  • Conducts supervision in client's home and through telehealth

Requirements:
  • Must be Certified as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the BACB
  • Must be willing to complete or have completed the 8-hour supervisor training through BACB
  • Ability to maintain fingerprint clearance card, CPR & First Aid certification
  • Must hold a valid drivers' license and maintain proper current insurance
  • Bilingual is a plus
