BCBA (Behavior Respite Program) ABA SHINE
Location: In person Hayward, Union City and Fremont.
Compensation: $75$80/hr (PT) or $110k$115k (FT salary) DOE + mileage, CEU stipend.
Receive a Bonus of $1000 after the first 6 months of employment.

Our programs with ABA intervention programs or the Behavior Respite program are staffed by trained RBTs/BTs and supervised by BCBAs and mid-level. For the BR program we focus on supporting safety, stability, and family quality of lifewith lighter documentation than insurance-funded ABA and predictable, family-friendly schedules.

The Role
You will oversee Behavior Technicians providing either ABA program or the Behavior Respite services for children and young adults served by the Regional Center. (Behavior Respite is support-focusednot intensive treatment.)
