Job description

Mandarich Law Group is one of the country's leading creditor's right law firm with offices in CA, NV, IL, MI, OH, GA and FL, seeking an Compliance Analyst in our Chicago, IL office, Williamsville, NY office, Lake Mary, FL office, or Kennesaw, GA office.

This position is in-office - Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM in the respective time zones.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES 
Individual will work closely with Firm's Compliance Team to facilitate the organization's compliance with consumer and collection laws, regulations and best practices.  Primary responsibilities include management of consumer disputes, verification of debt requests, fraud and hardship claims to ensure proper tracking, reporting and organization.

Job Summary:

Essential Job Functions:

  • Managing consumer disputes, verification of debt requests, fraud and hardship claims including initial review, entry into the firm's system of record, monitoring the status, and ensuring timely resolution based on firm and client directives and requirements
  • Monitoring for compliance with internal policies and procedures and regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum (2) two years of experience in collections, compliance, quality assurance or complaint/dispute management is preferred
  • Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Superior attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.
