Job description

PROJECT MANAGER

AGS is currently seeking a Project Manager โ€“ Security Infrastructure. Candidates will be responsible for budgeting, organization, implementation, and scheduling of the project. Candidate must be willing to work on the project site and may also be required to obtain security clearance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree and licensure in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, and/or similar
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in electrical and/or mechanical engineering management
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills (written, oral)
  • Be a team player and able to work successfully in a highly collaborative environment
  • LEED AP qualification preferred.
  • Ability to stay organized, multi-task, and meet deadlines under pressure
  • Required to be legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion
  • Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
  • Develop Schematic, Design Development, and Construction Documents
  • Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
  • Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses
  • Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in Aviation or other transportation industry
  • Experience working in secure environments
  • Experience working with stakeholders
  • Professional licensure
