HR Generalist - Talent & HR Operations
Madrid

We are growing our HR team in Madrid and are looking for an HR Generalist who is passionate about Talent Acquisition and HR operations to join our team.

This role will play a key part in strengthening our recruitment strategy and talent pipeline, helping us attract great talent while also supporting core HR activities. You will work closely with the HR Manager and collaborate with the wider HR team to support the continued growth of our operations in Spain.

Key Responsibilities

Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening and coordinating interviews
Build strong candidate pipelines through LinkedIn, job platforms and external partnerships
Collaborate with universities and schools to attract early talent
Work closely with the marketing team on employer branding and recruitment initiatives
Support onboarding processes for new hires
Assist with HR operations and administrative tasks when needed
Maintain HR documentation and support employee lifecycle activities
Contribute ideas to improve recruitment strategies and talent attraction initiatives

What we are looking for

3-4 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition or HR Generalist roles
Strong interest in recruitment strategies and sourcing candidates
Experience working with LinkedIn and recruitment platforms
Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
Fluent in English and Spanish
Portuguese would be a strong plus
