We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Part-Time BDS Intake & Case Development Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with prior experience in waiver services, BDS/BDDS systems, intake coordination, or case development.
Position Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with support coordinators and case managers
  • Follow up on incoming referrals and client inquiries
  • Ensure service plans and authorizations are approved in a timely manner
  • Manage intake documentation and compliance records
  • Coordinate communication between clients, families, and internal teams
  • Assist with ongoing case development and enrollment processes
Ideal Candidate Background
We are looking for someone who has:
  • Previously worked for a waiver provider agency
  • Experience as a Support Coordinator
  • OR experience working in intake/compliance for a BDS/BDDS agency
