Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven ability to lead daily hotel operations in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment with direct experience supporting Front Office, breakfast service, guest services, and meeting services.
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to coach, motivate, train, hold Associates accountable, and create a positive service culture.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage professionally with guests, Associates, vendors, and hotel leadership.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving, decision-making, and service recovery skills, including the ability to respond quickly and effectively to guest concerns.
  • Ability to manage schedules, labor needs, daily assignments, payroll deadlines, occupancy changes, and competing operational priorities.
  • Working knowledge of hotel brand standards, guest satisfaction metrics, safety and security procedures, food safety expectations, cleanliness standards, and sanitation requirements.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and the ability to learn and use hotel property management systems (e.g. PEP), reporting tools, scheduling systems, and communication platforms.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Housekeeping, Engineering, Sales, Finance, People & Culture, and hotel leadership to support operational excellence and a seamless guest experience.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of three years of hotel operations experience required; previous supervisory or leadership experience in Guest Services, Front Office, Rooms, Food & Beverage, or related hotel operations preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED required; degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Thorough understanding of hotel Front Office operations, complimentary breakfast service, meeting services support, guest service standards, and Hilton brand expectations.
  • Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and Manager-on-Duty shifts based on business needs.
