Job description

What We Need

Corpay is currently looking to hire a Hotel Sourcing Specialist within our Corpay Lodging division. This position falls under our Lodging line of business and is located in Wichita, KS. In this role, you will be responsible for contracting new hotels and meeingt goals regarding the number of new hotels signed and savings percentages achieved per month. You will report directly to the Manager of Hotel Core Network.

How We Work

As a Hotel Sourcing Specialist, Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

  • Assigned workspace in Wichita, KS office
  • Company-issued equipment
  • Formal, hands-on training

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Outbound sales calling (cold calling, scheduled calling, warm leads, email solicitation) to Hotel management across North America and Canada
  • Researching hotel websites pricing, market data and validating hotel eligibility requirements
  • Negotiating discounted rates for clients directly with Hotel owners and Managers
  • Explaining Contract Terms and Conditions details
  • Selling Corpay Lodging Hotel Services including optional programs and payment information
  • Additional projects and duties as assigned by Manager or VP leadership

 

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong experience in sales and customer service
  • Some Hotel or Hospitality Industry experience preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills
  • Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, ability to multi-task
  • Self-starter, self-motivated, ready to meet quotas and deadlines weekly
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well within a team and support team-based goals
  • Must be Coachable. Able to identify problems and adapt to new processes
