JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ensurethatroomsandpublicareasarecleanedandsanitizedto company-mandatedstandards
  • Ensures that rooms have clean linen, bedding andtowels
  • Understands and follows all safety and security procedures as mandated by the hotel
  • Maintain knowledge of hotel property, hotel staff, hotel services, hotel service hours of operation,andhotel surroundings (i.e. mall, restaurants)
  • Ensures that rooms are stocked with soap, tissues,drinking glasses,etc.
  • Identify itemsthatguestshaveleftbehindandreportitemsutilizing hotel's lost and found procedures
  • Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
