Job description

The Receptionist is responsible for managing front-desk operations and providing a welcoming, professional experience for guests, visitors, and contractors. This role will greet visitors, coordinate with their hosts to ensure timely meet-and-greet, and support site security and global trade processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests, visitors, and contractors while coordinating with their site hosts.
  • Manage visitor registration forms, visitor Wi-Fi permissions, escorted visitor badges, and access badges as required.
  • Partner with the Security Leader to issue access badges to new hires and manage access permissions.
  • Answer incoming calls, take messages, and respond to front-desk emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage conference room reservations and coordinate catering for meetings and events as needed.
  • Receive and sort incoming mail and notify employees when mail has arrived.
  • Perform general clerical and administrative duties, including filing, data entry, photocopying, scanning, and maintaining reception-related documents.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications and task-specific online systems to support daily front-desk and administrative activities.
  • Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming reception area while ensuring compliance with site security procedures.
