Position Summary
The Property Operations Manager oversees the overall performance of assigned hotel properties. This role combines hands-on operations, financial management, maintenance coordination, and staff leadership to ensure properties run efficiently, compliantly, and profitably while delivering exceptional guest experiences and upholding JSK’s high standards.
Key Responsibilities
Operations amp; Administration
  • Lead day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring full compliance with company policies, brand standards (Marriott, Hilton, IHG, etc.), and all regulations.
  • Monitor occupancy, revenue, expenses, and other key performance metrics; prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports.
Financial Management
  • Develop and manage property budgets.
  • Review and approve invoices, purchase orders, and control operational expenses.
Maintenance amp; Facilities Oversight
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams for timely work orders and effective preventive maintenance programs.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to uphold quality, safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal.
Team Leadership
  • Recruit, train, supervise, and coach on-site staff.
  • Foster a positive, service-oriented culture that supports team growth and high performance.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager in hospitality or multi-family preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with property management software (Onesite preferred), budgeting, financial reporting, and collections.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between properties.
