Front Desk Agent – Full Time – $13–$15/hr – La Quinta Inn & Suites – Morgantown, WV


La Quinta Inn & Suites is hiring a dependable and guest-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team in Morgantown, WV. If you enjoy providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming experience for guests, we’d love to meet you.


Pay: $13-$15 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Full-time or Part-time available

Shift: Morning, evening, weekend, and holiday availability required

Location: On-site (not remote)


Job Summary

The Front Desk Agent is responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, processing check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring a positive guest experience from arrival to departure.


Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
  • Check guests in and out using the property management system
  • Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
  • Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions accurately
