Job description

Marketing Project Manager
Driving Marketing Execution, Accountability, and Operational Excellence

Salary Range: $55-$65K/Year
Position: Full Time - In Office
Location: Orem, Utah

MITY Inc. is seeking an experienced Marketing Project Manager to own the marketing team's project management processes and day-to-day operational execution for our family of brands, MityLite, Holsag, Bertolini, and Broda. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role will help establish priorities, improve accountability, and create scalable workflows that keep marketing campaigns, product launches, trade shows, and other initiatives on schedule, within budget, and aligned with business goals.
What You'll Own and Support
  • Lead and manage projects related to marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities, ensuring achievable deadlines, on-time completion, responsible budget management, and timely communication of results to leadership.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, product development, design, sales, customer success, and other departments, to define project objectives, requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Create standard processes for marketing project intake, task management, file sharing, and communication of results. Train team members and help ensure consistent use of these processes.
  • Create project templates within the project management platform to support repeatable success, including product launch and stage-gate processes.
  • Own follow-ups and action items for the marketing team following cross-functional meetings and communications. Add tasks to the project management system, assign responsible team members, establish due dates, and include relevant supporting information.
  • Organize team tasks, deadlines, and dependencies within the project management software and serve as the platform's super user. Stay current on new features and releases while training and informing the team.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communications, providing regular updates and fostering collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, bottlenecks, and issues, escalating concerns when necessary to support timely resolution.
  • Lead project coordination for trade shows and events by managing timelines, registrations, booth selection, product and collateral planning, sales communications, pre-show meetings, and cross-functional action items.

What Will Help You Succeed
The ideal candidate will have three to five years of experience managing projects and workflows, experience within a marketing, creative, communications, or agency environment is preferred.
The right person will be the behind-the-scenes organizational expert that focuses the team's efforts toward the finish line of each project. Our ideal candidate is highly proficient with Asana or a similar project management platform and able to establish clear priorities, drive follow-through, flag risks and delays to the Director of Marketing, and contribute to a strong culture of accountability and ownership. They should be comfortable prioritizing work based on business and revenue impact while managing multiple projects under pressure.
This role requires clear and concise written and verbal communication, strong interpersonal skills, and a forward-thinking, continuous-improvement mindset. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, methodical, and analytical, with the ability to monitor team workload, identify risks and bottlenecks early, and implement process improvements that achieve strong adoption.
Why Join the MITY Inc. Family of Brands
When you join MITY Inc., you're more than a part of the marketing team; you're helping shape the stories behind the spaces where people live, learn, celebrate, and connect. Your work will influence how customers experience our brands, support our dealer and distribution partners, and drive growth across multiple commercial markets. If you're energized by building brands, collaborating across teams, and seeing your work make a measurable business impact, you'll find meaningful opportunities to grow with MITY.
Our MityLite, Holsag, and Bertolini brands create spaces where people come together. From hotels and conference centers to senior living facilities, churches, schools, restaurants, and event venues, our furniture solutions are designed to stand up to demanding environments while delivering exceptional quality, comfort, and design.

MITY Inc. offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) with company match, PTO, and other employee benefits.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced project manager who enjoys creating structure, improving team efficiency, and helping cross-functional marketing initiatives move from idea to successful execution.
