Job description

General Purpose
The Data Entry Specialist will support the HR Operations team with accurate and timely entry of Form I-9 information and related employment documentation. This role requires strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to process a high volume of information accurately.
Key Responsibilities
  • Enter and update I-9 information and related employee documentation.
  • Review documents for completeness and accuracy based on established procedures.
  • Identify missing or inconsistent information and escalate issues to the appropriate HR Operations team member.
  • Maintain accurate electronic records and ensure information is entered within established timelines.
  • Handle confidential employee information in accordance with company policies and applicable requirements.
  • Assist with I-9 audits, corrections, and other HR data entry tasks as needed.

Qualifications
  • Previous data entry, HR, onboarding, or administrative experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and meet established deadlines.

Physical Demands
  • Primarily sedentary work requiring prolonged sitting and computer use.
  • Frequent repetitive hand and wrist movements for typing and data entry.
  • Ability to visually review detailed information on computer screens and documents.
  • Occasional standing, walking, reaching, and lifting of light office materials.

Location: This is an in-person role at PACS Downtown Campus in Salt Lake City, Utah
Hourly Rate: $16.00 - $18.00 hourly depending on experience
