This role is responsible for helping lead the frontline team, maintaining service standards, supporting operational efficiency, and ensuring guests, clients, and team members receive consistent and professional experiences.
As an Operations Supervisor, you will play a key leadership role in overseeing day-to-day valet activity, supporting team performance, promoting safety, and ensuring AAA Parking standards are consistently upheld. What You'll Do
Support Daily Operations
Oversee daily valet operations to help ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures.
Monitor workflow, staffing levels, traffic flow, and service needs throughout each shift.
Assist with coordinating team assignments and ensuring proper coverage during peak periods, special events, and high-volume times.
Help maintain an organized, safe, and professional valet area.
Respond to operational needs quickly and professionally.
Lead and Support the Team
Provide direction, coaching, and support to valet team members during assigned shifts.
Communicate expectations clearly and promote accountability, professionalism, and teamwork.
Support new employee training and reinforce AAA Parking service standards.
Assist team members during busy periods while maintaining a leadership presence.
Help identify opportunities to improve team performance, service delivery, and operational efficiency.
Deliver Exceptional Guest and Client Service
Promote a welcoming and professional environment for guests, clients, and team members.
Address guest questions, concerns, or service issues with professionalism and urgency.
Partner with property or client representatives to support smooth daily operations.
Ensure service standards are consistently met or exceeded.
Represent AAA Parking with a polished, courteous, and solutions-focused approach.
Maintain Safety, Security, and Compliance
Ensure team members follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
Monitor the handling, organization, and security of vehicle keys, tickets, equipment, and operational materials.
Report and document accidents, injuries, vehicle damage, service concerns, or other incidents promptly.
Conduct routine inspections of the valet area and equipment.
Promote a safe environment for guests, employees, vehicles, and property.
Support Administrative and Operational Tasks
Assist with shift reports, attendance tracking, incident documentation, and other required operational records.
Communicate staffing, service, maintenance, or safety concerns to management.
Help ensure uniforms, signage, equipment, and work areas meet company standards.
Support operational improvements that enhance service, efficiency, and the guest experience.

Qualifications:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record.
  • Previous experience in valet operations, parking, hospitality, transportation, or customer service is preferred.
  • Prior supervisory, lead, or team leadership experience is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to provide directions, coaching, and support to team members in a fast-paced service environment.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to remain calm, professional, and solutions-focused when addressing guest concerns, team needs, or operational challenges.
  • Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor with the ability to represent AAA Parking and its clients positively.
  • Ability to monitor workflow, support staffing coverage, and help coordinate daily operational needs.
  • Reliable and dependable, with a strong commitment to punctuality, attendance, and accountability.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and special events as business needs require.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Ability to safely operate a variety of vehicles, including automatic and, preferably, manual-transmission vehicles.
  • Ability to lift and carry items as needed while supporting guest service and operational needs.
  • Ability to maintain a clean, polished, and professional appearance.
  • Must be able to follow and enforce safety procedures related to guests, vehicles, keys, equipment, and team members.
  • Must be able to document and report incidents, service concerns, safety issues, and operational updates accurately.
  • Ability to successfully complete any required background and driving-record checks.
