Your Visibility

Millennium Hotels and Resorts is seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Operations Supervisor to join our dedicated team. In this multifaceted role, you will oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring that service standards are met with excellence and that guest satisfaction is consistently achieved. As a pivotal member of the management team, you will coordinate between departments to foster smooth operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

The Hotel Operations Supervisor will assist in managing front office functions, housekeeping, maintenance, food and beverage and guest services while resolving any operational challenges. Your leadership and problem-solving skills will help maintain the high standards for which Millennium Hotels and Resorts is known globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily hotel operations across multiple departments including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Assist in training, coaching, and evaluating staff members to enhance performance.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to guest complaints and requests.
  • Coordinate communication across departments to optimize efficiency and service delivery.
  • Monitor inventory and supplies to support operational needs.
  • Prepare daily operational reports and communicate outcomes to management.
  • Support emergency procedures and uphold safety standards within the hotel.
  • Assist with scheduling and staffing to align with hotel occupancy and demand.
