What you will have an opportunity to do:

Position Summary

The Spa Supervisor provides elevated guest experiences by overseeing daily spa operations, leading on-shift staff, and ensuring seamless guest service from check-in to check-out. This role supports a luxury, wellness-focused environment while contributing to team leadership, operational excellence, and the overall business success of VH Spa.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience & Operations

  • Provide exceptional guest service, including tours, appointment scheduling, POS transactions, and issue resolution.
  • Support guests across the spa, retail, and fitness areas to ensure cohesive experience.
  • Maintain a calm, welcoming, and professional spa environment.

Leadership & Supervision

  • Supervise spa host and service provider staff during assigned shifts; assign duties and ensure service standards.
  • Train team members on spa software, booking systems, POS, and guest service procedures.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and support to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Assume additional leadership responsibilities as assigned by the Spa Director.

Business & Team Collaboration

  • Participate in Spa Leadership Team meetings and monthly Spa Roundtables.
  • Support business initiatives such as marketing tools, promotional materials, website content, newsletters, or system management as needed.
  • Uphold organizational policies, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
