Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Hotel Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will optimize the operational systems and processes of the company, maximizing efficiency and profitability while remaining compliant with all legal and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate has an analytical mind, a deep understanding of business and financial principles, and a proven track record as an Operations Manager. 
Responsibilities 
  • Oversee all operational aspects of the business
  • Create strategic and operational goals and objectives
  • Implement systems, processes, and procedures to increase efficiency and profitability
  • Oversee warehouse operations and inventory control
  • Ensure the organization is compliant with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements
  • Examine financial data and budgets and create financial forecasts
  • Set and monitor key performance indicators
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
  • Previous experience as an Operations Manager is preferred
