Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, Peregrine Hospitality Group. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel's employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.
This role supports a Marriott Autograph Collection Boutique Hotel in the Atlanta market. The position will lead local marketing and food & beverage initiatives to drive ancillary revenue for the property. The right candidate is passionate about food & beverage, creative and able to work in partnership with operational leaders, corporate marketing, and executive stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Food & Beverage Marketing
  • Develop and execute marketing plans for all restaurant and bar outlets; focus on local reach, repeat visitation and community engagement
  • Partner with culinary and operations leaders to promote menu launches, seasonal activations and event programming
  • Build campaigns that highlight property experiences, brand activations and unique offerings
  • Bring creative ideas for activating underutilized hotel spaces (patios, lobbies, rooftops, event lawns) to generate new ancillary revenue streams
  • Design promotions and events built to capture social and PR attention

Local Market Engagement
  • Serve as an in-market ambassador for portfolio of hotels, seeking out new partnerships, local collaborations and cross-promotional opportunities
  • Maintain a visible presence with the CVB, local chambers and professional groups
  • Build strong relationships within the local community and broader hospitality/F&B scene to source partnership and activation ideas

Content and Social Media
  • Work in partnership with corporate social media team to lead social media content execution for all food & beverage; create content calendars, produce photo and video assets, and manage posting and engagement
  • Monitor channel performance and optimize based on insights

Cross Functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with property operations leaders (GM, F&B Director, Sales) as a trusted, day-to-day collaborator
  • Work closely with corporate marketing team to ensure alignment on priorities, messaging and campaign execution
  • Coordinate creative needs with internal creative & branding team
  • Support PR activations and influencer partnerships
  • Assist with grand opening plans for any future concepts, including pre-launch storytelling and event planning
  • May support local sister properties on occasion and as directed by leader.

Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in hospitality or food & beverage
  • On property hotel experience strongly preferred; understands the operational rhythm of a hotel and how to work alongside GMs and F&B leaders
  • Familiarity with Marriott brand systems and marketing standards a plus
  • Strong understanding of the Atlanta market and surrounding communities
  • Proficient with social media platforms, content creation and basic analytics
  • Comfortable representing the brand at community events and networking functions
  • Skilled at building local partnerships and spotting new revenue and activation opportunities
  • Organized, resourceful and able to manage multiple outlets and priorities.

The minimum physical requirements for this position include but are not limited to:
  • Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds frequently to assist guests
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
  • Ability to hear, understand and communicate orally and in writing to communicate with staff, vendors, and guests a normal in-person and phone conversation
  • Ability to bend and twist, push, and pull, stoop, and kneel

The pay range for this role is $75-$85,000 annually per year plus incentive eligibility.
