Assistant Restaurant Manager

Mulligan’s Restaurant, located inside the Best Western Plus Raton Hotel in Raton, NM, is seeking a full-time Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead our restaurant and lounge operations.

The Assistant Restaurant Manager works closely with restaurant leadership to ensure excellent guest service, efficient operations, and a positive work environment for our team. This position requires strong leadership skills, a hands-on approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with the daily operation of the restaurant and lounge

  • Supervise and support restaurant staff during assigned shifts

  • Ensure guests receive prompt, friendly, and professional service

  • Assist with employee training and coaching

  • Help maintain food quality, cleanliness, and service standards

  • Assist with scheduling and shift coverage as needed

  • Address guest concerns and resolve issues professionally

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety standards

  • Complete opening and closing duties as assigned
