Job Description

The Hotel Manager is a member of the Executive Committee, responsible for the strategic direction and operational management of all major divisions of Fairmont Tremblant, including but not limited to Food & Beverage, Culinary, Rooms Division, Engineering, and Security.

This role works closely with other leaders to ensure compliance with Fairmont luxury standards and to deliver an exceptional guest experience at every stage of the stay.

Reporting to the General Manager, the Hotel Manager plays a key role in leadership coordination, financial performance, and fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability.

In the absence of the General Manager, the position assumes full operational leadership of the property and acts as a trusted representative for stakeholders.

Qualifications

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years at Executive Committee level in a large luxury hotel
  • Previous experience as Director of Operations in hospitality
  • Knowledge of Opera PMS and Silverware systems (an asset)

Education

  • Degree or Bachelor’s in hospitality management or a related field
