About the Role:
Dhillon Hotel Inc in Great Falls, MT is looking for a friendly and motivated Hotel Restaurant Server to join our hospitality team! This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver exceptional dining experiences in a dynamic hotel environment where every shift brings something new plus outstanding TIPS!!
Responsibilities:
  • Greet and seat guests, present menus, and provide knowledgeable recommendations on food and beverage offerings
  • Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them promptly to kitchen and bar staff
  • Deliver orders to tables in a timely and professional manner, ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including table setting and resetting
  • Process guest payments accurately, including cash, credit, and room charge transactions
  • Coordinate with hotel front desk and concierge staff to accommodate special guest requests
  • Uphold food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service compliance standards
Requirements:
  • Previous serving or food & beverage experience preferred, hotel restaurant experience a plus
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Familiarity with POS systems and basic cash handling
  • Montana Food Handler's Permit or willingness to obtain upon hire
  • Must be of legal age to serve alcohol per Montana state regulations
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays in a fast-paced environment
