Description
The General Manager (GM) is primarily responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotel in accordance with our vision and mission statement and core values. The General Manager's responsibilities include the maximization of financial performance, guest satisfaction, and staff development within established quality standards. The General Manager is also responsible for the hiring and training of all hotel staff. As a leader, we're looking for a self-starter and understand the position requires 24-hour availability
Responsibilities
โ€ข Recruit, train, and mentor hotel staff, fostering a culture of growth and teamwork.
โ€ข Manage budgets, maximize revenue, and maintain financial and statistical records.
โ€ข Handle guest complaints and queries, promoting exceptional customer service.
โ€ข Conduct daily check-ins with department teams and lead training meetings to uphold service standards.
โ€ข Inspect guest rooms and back-of-house areas to ensure compliance with brand and company standards.
Qualifications
