Manufacturing Manager - Up to $130K annually DOE!

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Manufacturing Manager for our client to start immediately up to $130K annually DOE! Receive comprehensive benefits through our client upon hire!
Responsibilities:
The Manufacturing Manager will provide leadership and direction to support safe, efficient, customer-focused production while advancing company initiatives and continuous-improvement efforts.

They will oversee daily operations, develop Area Coaches and associates, and plan strategically to achieve both immediate and long-term business goals. This role is accountable for consistently meeting customer commitments and improving performance in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and employee engagement.

  • Lead, coach, and develop Area Coaches and value stream associates through performance management, feedback, and talent development.
  • Drive execution and long-term adoption of company principles throughout the value stream.
  • Manage value stream performance through production planning, resource allocation, operating metrics, and daily execution.
  • Lead continuous-improvement and problem-solving initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, inventory, lead times, and cost.
  • Partner with Environmental Health & Safety, Quality, Human Resources, and other functional teams to meet operational objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct safety walks and lead root-cause analysis to resolve operational issues and prevent recurrence.
  • Manage budgets, staffing, and operational resources to achieve financial and production targets.
  • Use data, digital tools, and AI-enabled technology to improve decision-making, productivity, and process performance.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, employee engagement, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction.

Schedule/Shift Details: Day shift 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
  • Seven or more years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, product development, business management, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in forklift, automotive, heavy equipment, or a comparable manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous-improvement methodologies.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-development capabilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of AI tools and technology, with the ability to apply them to improve productivity, decision-making, and operational results.
