We are seeking an experienced Hotel General Manager to oversee the overall operations of both the hotel and restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strong team performance, and financial success.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day hotel and restaurant operations.
  • Oversee Food & Beverage operations, including restaurant service, staffing, cost controls, and quality standards.
  • Drive revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency across both areas.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Maintain exceptional guest service and ensure brand and quality standards are consistently met.
