Hotel Executive Assistants are professionals who provide high-level administrative support to hotel executives, such as general managers or directors. They manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle correspondence, organize travel arrangements, and often act as a liaison between executives and other hotel staff or guests. Their role is critical in ensuring that hotel operations run smoothly and that executives can focus on strategic decision-making. To thrive as a Hotel Executive Assistant, you need excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a background in hospitality administration, often supported by a relevant degree or experience.
