Front Desk Supervisor

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys interacting with people, and is comfortable using technology to create seamless guest experiences. Hospitality experience is welcome but not required. We hire for attitude, reliability, and growth potential first.

What You'll Do

Welcome guests and provide an exceptional arrival and departure experience
Process check-ins, check-outs, and payments accurately
Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns professionally
Communicate effectively with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other hotel departments
Utilize hotel technology systems, guest messaging platforms, and mobile service tools
Assist with daily reports, room status updates, and operational tasks
Help create memorable experiences that encourage guests to return

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in hospitality, retail, healthcare, banking, restaurants, call centers, or other customer-facing roles preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable learning and using multiple technology platforms
