Provide superior guest services including check-in/check-out hotel guests courteously and efficiently; process all payments according to established hotel requirements; Provide information and services to any guest or visitor in a friendly, professional manner.Â
Qualifications
Â
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Minimum one year customer service experience; previous hotel experience preferred.
- Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.
- Computer experience preferred.
- Accounting/Data Entry prior experience a plus.
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
- Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.
