ResponsibilitiesGuest Experience & Serviceโข Greet guests warmly and deliver an elevated, personalized check-in/check-out experience
โข Assist with guest requests, local recommendations, and problem resolution
โข Maintain a calm, polished, and professional presence at all times
โข Support the Amaya welcome ritual (when applicable during peak seasons)
Front Desk Operationsโข Manage reservations, room assignments, and payment processing
โข Handle phone calls, messages, and guest communications
โข Monitor lobby appearance and ensure a serene, well-organized environment
โข Coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance to ensure rooms and public spaces are guest-ready
โข Clean public spaces, assist with laundry and room inspections as needed
Technology & Systemsโข Operate MEWS PMS and other hotel systems (training provided)
โข Process payments, folios, and nightly reports
โข Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to hotel policies
Safety & Standardsโข Follow all security, privacy, and cash-handling procedures
โข Support emergency protocols and maintain awareness of guest safety
โข Uphold brand standards and contribute to continuous improvement
QualificationsRequiredโข Strong customer service mindset with a warm, professional demeanor
โข Excellent time management, organizational, prioritization, and communication skills
โข Ability to multitask and remain composed in a boutique, fast-paced environment
โข Comfortable with computers and learning new systems
Preferredโข Experience in hotels, hospitality, or guest-facing roles
โข Familiarity with MEWS PMS or similar property management systems
