Salary Range: $70,000.00 To $80,000.00 Annually

Sagemont Hotelsis searching for a Regional Hotel Performance Manager which oversees operational efficiency, analyzes regional metrics and implements strategic improvement plans across a portfolio of hotels. Key Responsibilities Data Analysis
  • Track and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) using corporate reporting tools and scorecards.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards, corporate SOPs, and ownership objectives.
  • Review P&L statements, budgets, and forecasts to identify opportunities for improvement.
Site Visits
  • Travel to properties to conduct operational audits, observe workflows, and coach property managers.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and guest-first service.
Property Support
  • Ability to travel to support a property during times when GM is absent, during property training periods or staff shortages
  • Support transitions, acquisitions, and position openings within portfolio of hotels.
Process Improvement
  • Identify performance gaps, run root-cause analyses, and create actionable recovery plans.
  • Partner with the President of Hotels and Corporate Directors to implement strategic initiatives.
  • Act as a vital bridge between corporate leadership and individual site teams to ensure company-wide goals are met.
Qualifications
  • Knowledgeable of a variety of Brand(Marriott, Hilton, IHG) & Hotel systems(M3, Hotel Effectiveness, and Quore) highly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or business management preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of hotel management experience; multi-unit experience helpful.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Frequent travel to hotel properties required.
  • Full-time position based at the regional level in SoCal.
