To provide quality customer service in effort to accommodate hotel groups and guests.
Seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Hotel Administrative Staff Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks essential to the smooth operation of our hotel. Your primary duties will include making reservations, checking in and out guests, securing payments for rooms, and maintaining accurate records. Any other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements for the Position
  • Must be available to work shifts within the following times: 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am on a rotation basis.
  • Must be available weekends, holidays, summer.
  • Hotel experience helpful but not required. Will train.
