Who: Experienced accounting professionals with at least 1 year in a leadership role, ideally at a large hotel/property (500+ rooms).
What: Manage audit function, month-end close, GL reconciliation, payroll audits, and supervise accounting staff.
When: Full-time, Monday-Friday with occasional weekend availability.
Where: Downtown Atlanta, GA, near Mercedes-Benz Stadium and Georgia World Congress Center.
Why: Lead accounting operations for a large-scale property while supporting a collaborative, guest-focused environment.

  • Reconcile General Ledger accounts, investigate discrepancies, and guide staff follow-up.
  • Ensure accurate month-end close, monthly forecast, and variance reporting.

  • Oversee payroll processing, gratuities, and weekly time & attendance submissions.
