Job description

Hospitality Manager
NOTE - Position is also known as Front of House Shift Lead at the restaurant

The ideal candidate is a highly analytical leader who will join our restaurant management team at a high volume ($10+ million) quick service restaurant.  You will be responsible for helping to lead the Drive-Thru/ Front Counter/ Hospitality operation focusing on culture, developing leaders, managing costs, and establishing systems.  As one of the top leaders in our organization, the buck stops with you.
Responsibilities:
  • Learn and work daily in the Front of House area of the restaurant.
  • Help to cast the vision and establish the culture for the department.
  • Assist in developing and growing all leaders in the department.
  • Help establish and achieve all labor goals.
  • Assist in creating and implementing all systems for department.
  • Ensure operational excellence and be accountable for service scores in in the department.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred. (but not required)
  • 1-2 years of relevant leadership experience.
  • Experience in restaurant preferred. (but not required)
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong internal drive for results.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
