Job description

At Hilton Garden Inn Troy, every great stay begins with a clean, comfortable room - and our Room Attendants make that happen. If you take pride in your work, enjoy being part of a team, and want a role where your efforts are seen and appreciated every single day, we want to hear from you. No hotel experience? No problem. We are happy to train the right person.
What You Will Do
  • Clean and prepare guest rooms to Hilton Garden Inn standards prior to guest arrival
  • Clean and maintain common areas of the hotel
  • Perform laundry duties as needed
  • Stock and maintain housekeeping supply rooms
  • Greet and assist guests you encounter with warmth and professionalism
  • Report any damages or maintenance needs to management
  • Report all lost and found items to the Housekeeping Manager

What We Are Looking For
  • Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus, not a requirement
  • A strong work ethic and a sharp eye for detail
  • Availability to work weekends (required)
  • Comfort working on your feet for extended periods
  • A positive attitude and a team-first mindset
  • Ability to communicate clearly and warmly with guests and colleagues
