Room Attendant / Housekeeper

GLMG Hotels

Great Lakes Management Group (GLMG Hotels) is seeking dependable and detail-oriented team members to join our hotel team as Room Attendants / Housekeepers.

This role is responsible for maintaining clean, comfortable, and welcoming guest rooms while supporting a positive guest experience. Room Attendants play an essential role in delivering exceptional hospitality and ensuring guests enjoy a clean and relaxing stay.

Job Responsibilities

Guest Room Cleaning

  • Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards
  • Make beds, replace linens, and restock towels and amenities
  • Clean bathrooms, dust furniture, vacuum floors, and empty trash
  • Ensure rooms are properly stocked and ready for guest arrivals

Housekeeping Operations

  • Follow daily room assignments and cleaning schedules
  • Maintain housekeeping carts and cleaning supplies
  • Report maintenance issues or room damages to management
  • Follow hotel procedures for lost and found items

Guest Service
