We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused Hospitality Account Manager to build strong relationships with a designated group of hospitality customers and ensure they receive exceptional service. This position serves as a key connection between our customers and our company, coordinating service, monitoring inventory, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities to improve the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact and the face of the company for assigned hospitality customers.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure clear, consistent, and timely communication.
  • Monitor products and services provided to assigned customers to ensure quality, accuracy, and complete customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate service needs and proactively address customer concerns or issues.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer partnerships based on trust, communication, and exceptional service.
  • Identify opportunities to improve service programs, processes, and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify unnecessary expenses and develop solutions that improve efficiency and control costs.
  • Work closely with internal teams, managers, vendors, and customers to resolve issues and meet customer expectations.
  • Maintain accurate customer information, inventory, and service-related records.
  • Consistently look for ways to exceed customer expectations while supporting company goals and budget objectives.

Qualifications & Competencies

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service, account management, hospitality, sales, or related experience preferred.
  • Must be comfortable communicating with customers and all levels of management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized, responsive, and detail-oriented.
  • Positive, professional attitude with a genuine commitment to customer service.
  • Ability to establish trust and communicate openly and respectfully with associates, managers, customers, and vendors.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently while also functioning effectively as part of a team.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other common computer applications.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an excellent driving record.
  • Must be able to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds.
