Receptionist – Visible Changes (Corporate Office)Location: [Houston, TX 77055] Employment Type: Full-Time – In Person (M-F) Pay: $14-$16The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for all clients, visitors, and employees entering the Visible Changes corporate office. This individual must be lively, friendly, outgoing, professional, and disciplined, ensuring the front desk is managed efficiently and that all interactions reflect the company's commitment to exceptional service. The Receptionist also assists multiple departments with administrative tasks and plays an important role in maintaining an organized and welcoming office environment.Key Responsibilities:Warmly greet and assist guests and employees upon arrival, ensuring everyone feels valued and cared for.Answer phones, manage appointments, and maintain a professional reception area. Provide exceptional customer service by handling inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism. Respond to online reviews and keep salons aware of negative reviews.Support office operations, including mail distribution, meeting preparation, supply management, filing, and data entry. Assist with administrative projects for Executive Assistants, Regional Managers, Controller, and other departments. Create name tags, flyers, announcements, and seasonal office décor. Help assist in the preparation of company events, conferences, and celebrations (as needed).Maintain organized conference rooms, common areas, and office supplies. Maintain, sell and track snack station items.Assist with lunch orders, employee surveys, and other operational tasks as needed. Qualifications:Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor.
