Who we are

Cedarburg Veterinary Clinic is seeking an experienced management professional to join our leadership team as Hospital Manager. The successful candidate will share our commitment to provide exceptional client service and excellent veterinary care to our loyal clients and their pets. The Hospital Manager's role, in collaboration with the Chief of Staff, is to maximize the productivity, profitability and growth of the practice while supporting an environment that fosters leadership and development of the entire team!ย 

Responsibilities of the Hospital Manager include but are not limited to; operational oversight of our hospital, including leadership team of technicians, receptionists, managing financial and business development of the practice including managing budget and key performance indicators, and overseeing client care and to ensure client loyalty by demonstrating and training exceptional client service.ย 

We are looking for candidates with strong problem-solving skills and a proven ability to get things done in a timely and efficient manner, excellent interpersonal, communication, conflict resolution, and presentation skills, and a grasp of and daily management of revenues, inventory and payroll. If you have two or more years of management and business operations experience ideally in the veterinary medicine industry, preferences to those candidates with prior veterinary hospital management or leadership, we encourage you to apply.ย
