Our team provides a range of devices and support required to safely care for patients, and we make sure essential equipment is ready and available when it's needed - from the ER to the OR. We operate locally - 24/7, nationwide - serving more than 10,000 customers who count on Agiliti to be ready for life-saving patient care.

Position Summary

The HOC is a working site lead who helps HSTs deliver, track and clean equipment. They are also the goto person for any urgent needs when the manager is out.

Work Schedule:

=>This is an entry level 3rd shift "Working" Team Lead - $22/hour + .50 shift diff.

=>Monday to Friday, from 11pm-7:30a

=> Availability to work on weekends and holidays as needed.

What You Will Do in This Role
  • Investigate nursing staff concerns and opportunities for improvement in lieu of the Operations Manager - Hospital, and implement appropriate actions in a clear, concise, and professional manner.

  • Maintain a basic understanding of the existing contract between the company and the customer, including the ability to facilitate this document.

  • Assist with the supervision of HST personnel, including training, performance reviews, corrective action plans, reporting requirements, and career development.

  • Assist with management of staffing schedules based on equipment volume and foster cooperation across shifts to support a positive team environment and staff retention.

  • Facilitate, educate, and deliver the HST training manual for each employee.

  • Provide ongoing supervision of all HST personnel in daily operations.

What You Will Need for This Role
  • Associate's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

  • Minimum of 1 year of medical or management experience.

  • Detailoriented.

  • Proficient computer skills (Word and Excel).

  • Ability to multitask.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Time management and organizational skills.

  • Ability to maintain a high level of communication with all involved parties
