The organization includes a 25-bed hospital and four family medical clinics located throughout Benton County, Iowa, offering high-quality, local healthcare and opportunities for professional growth and meaningful patient relationships.

Position Summary
PRN
The Staff Registered Nurse is a member of the health care team.
He/She:
1. The staff nurse (RN/LPN) plans, organizes, coordinates, delivers, and evaluates the nursing care of the patients.
2. He/She delivers care in accordance with the care modality of the assignment. (ER/Float Nurse, Total Pt. Care Nurse)
3. The staff nurse (RN/LPN) demonstrates sound clinical judgment in assessing and observing pts., interpreting signs and symptoms, and in initiating action and intervention.
4. He/She is skilled, organized, and efficient in performing required nursing activities.
Required Qualifications
LPN: Current Iowa licensure as an LPN.
Graduated from a state approved nursing program as an LPN.
Maintains current BCLS certification.
Expanded IV Therapy Course for the LPN-optional
RN: Current Iowa licensure as an RN.
Graduated from a state approved nursing program as an ADN, Diploma, or BSN degreed RN.
Maintains current ACLS/PALS/BCLS certification
