Standard Hours: 40.00
Shift: Shift 1
Shift Details: Monday - Friday 7am - 3:30pm on call - every 8-9 weeks
Job Summary:
This customer serviced focused position is responsible for the facility maintenance of buildings and equipment essential to the operations in a clinic or hospital setting. May assist/performs a variety of repair work, general maintenance and mechanical maintenance. Which may include HVAC, electrical, refrigeration, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and grounds-keeping.
EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:
A minimum of 2 years of building maintenance or plant operations experience is preferred.
EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:
High School diploma or equivalent is required.
LICENSURE DESCRIPTION:
Valid driver license is required for first and second shift staff only (any 3rd shift staff member moving to 1st or 2nd shift would be required to provide proof of valid driver's license upon transfer to another shift). Mechanic certification or equivalent preferred.
