This position is ideal for someone looking for a flexible part-time opportunity (14 hours per week) while making a meaningful impact in the lives of seniors. As the Maintenance Technician, no two days are the same. From completing maintenance requests and preventative maintenance to preparing apartments for new residents and maintaining the property's curb appeal, you'll play a key role in keeping the community running smoothly.
