Hospital interpreters are trained professionals who facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers who speak different languages. They help ensure that patients understand medical information, treatment options, and instructions, which is crucial for safe and effective care. Hospital interpreters may work in person, over the phone, or via video, and they are skilled in both language and medical terminology.
