• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients' mental health needs through diagnostic screening tools and clinical interviews, tailoring treatment plans to address individual circumstances effectively.
• Provide individualized short-term counseling and crisis intervention services to assist clients facing challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, employing evidence-based practices.
• Facilitate therapeutic group sessions and workshops that focus on themes like coping strategies, stress management, and life skills development to enhance overall client well-being.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, social workers, and community partners, to ensure comprehensive and integrated patient care across various support services.
• Engage in outreach programs promoting mental health awareness and preventive care, participating in community events that advocate for reducing stigma surrounding mental health issues.
• Maintain precise and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, updating treatment plans regularly to reflect changes in patient progress and needs.

The clients you will work with come from diverse backgrounds, facing various mental health challenges, including acute crises and chronic conditions. You will play an essential role in helping these individuals by providing empathetic support, psychoeducation, and effective interventions tailored to their unique histories and experiences.

• Must possess a valid, active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related discipline is required.
• Strong knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and the ability to apply this knowledge to real-world scenarios affecting hospital patients.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with both clients and medical professionals, fostering productive relationships.
• Awareness of current evidence-based practices tailored for remote counseling environments.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health setting is required.
• Experience working within a hospital or community clinic setting is preferred, particularly with a focus on encountering diverse patient populations and mental health issues.
• Demonstrated proficiency in delivering telehealth services and familiarity with digital therapeutic tools.

• Offered salary ranges from USD 80,000 to USD 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
