Finance Leadership Scope

As Director of Finance/Controller, youโ€™ll lead the finance and accounting function to deliver accurate, timely insights that help leadership make sound decisions. This role exists to strengthen reporting discipline, improve processes through lean thinking, and ensure strong controls across a complex, multi-entity environment.
Key responsibilities include overseeing monthly/annual financial statements, audit and budget cycles; guiding AP, payroll, cash management, and billing/cash application; building KPI development & performance management routines; managing treasury/FX and bank covenant reporting; supporting AR risk management; and ensuring US GAAP compliance, including ASC 606 revenue recognition.
Required qualifications/skills:
- Active CPA
- Multi-entity & multi-currency consolidation experience
- Advanced MS Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, modeling); SharePoint; Power BI
- Experience with Sage ERP, Solver Reporting System, and Cargowise (or comparable TMS)
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, and ethical conduct; AI systems proficiency
