Dove Healthcare is excited to support newly graduated healthcare professionals through our New Grad Incentive Program!
This program is available to full-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Registered Nurses (RNs), and Physical Therapists (PTs) who have graduated within the last 12 months.
Program Highlights:
  • Reimbursement for licensing testing costs
  • LPNs: $250 per quarter (up to 5 years of employment; up to $5,000 total)
  • RNs & PTs: $500 per quarter (up to 5 years of employment; up to $10,000 total)

This benefit is designed to support student loan repayment and can be used at the employee's discretion.
