Job description

RSC Landscaping is a leading provider of landscape maintenance services, dedicated to creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces for our clients. As a Landscape Maintenance Field Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of service and client satisfaction. Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for maintenance clients in the field, fostering strong client relationships through proactive communication and regular property walk-throughs.
  • Monitor job sites to ensure cleanliness, quality, and consistency, upholding company standards and horticultural best practices.
  • Organize daily and weekly crew schedules, assign tasks, and provide on-the-job training to new and existing crew members in equipment use, horticulture, safety, and customer service.
  • Motivate and mentor crews to work efficiently and professionally, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards.
  • Identify property needs and enhancement opportunities during site visits, communicating these to clients and the sales team.
  • Assist in preparing proposals and estimating small-scale maintenance projects.
  • Collaborate with sales and office teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Enforce safety protocols and company policies on all job sites.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in landscape maintenance or a related field; supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of horticulture, turf care, and landscape maintenance practices.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple crews and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license.
