Job description

Hornblower Cruises and Events, the premier event planning and yacht Charter Company, is seeking talented Line Cooks/Prep Cooks to work on our vessels on the New York Harbor. Qualified candidates should have some previous experience which includes prep work, line cooking and knowledge of health sanitation codes. You will work primarily banquets with a wide range of menus.

Successful candidates show attention to detail in a fast paced environment. They all work as team, so you must be open to assisting in breaking down and cleaning the galley at the end of each shift. A flexible schedule is required.

This is a great opportunity for those interested in advancing their career in the hospitality industry. Days, evenings, weekends and holiday shifts are available. They are a quality hospitality organization that serves the public year round.
